Soo-Kwan Eo joins leading provider of ESL Design Planning

July 16, 2008 - Entasys Design, Inc. (South Korea), the leading provider of ESL Design Planning software and services, has appointed Soo-Kwan Eo as a Technical Advisor and an Outside Director.

Previous to joining Entasys, Mr. Eo held the position of Senior VP of System LSI division, Samsung Electronics Semiconductor. In this role he had established and directed the team that deals in development of ESL design technologies in SoC R&D Center.

His team had developed the Samsung's Virtual Platform, called ViP, power estimation and dynamic power management at system architecture level, reusable platform design methodology, HW/SW co-design technology, Samsung SoC bus architecture based on AXI protocol and system level verification technology. He played a key role to deploy these ESL design technologies within companies.

His role will be to engage with Entasys customers in US, potential customers and key business partners at a senior level to gain a thorough understanding of their businesses and use this knowledge to advise the business development efforts in the market.
